We have a large collection of extracts which we use in cappuccinos instead of buying bottled coffee syrups that have who knows what in them. We have had some problems in the past with strange sweeteners in some of those syrups, and if one uses a variety of flavors, the space taken up by the bottles can become problematic.So, with that in mind, we stumbled across this ginger extract and on a whim decided to try it out. We are certainly delighted that we did. In a double shot of espresso, a third cup of milk steamed and frothed WITH THE EXTRACT IN IT, and two teaspoons of stevia, we have a delightful beverage. (Back when we were using syrups we only use a jigger of syrup per cappuccino, not the standard shot of syrup, yuck, too sweet.)We fill small rectangular bottles with the extracts and keep them handy to the cappuccino machine.This one is going to be a permanent resident of our extract tray. I recommend it.
