I only give 4 stars because I sent email as was instructed to get different flavors and I didn't get the ones I sent email for. no harm done as i'm using the flavors, just wasn't what I had wanted.These shakes are amazing! I ordered the variety pack, in case i got a flavor i didn't enjoy. But I loved them all! They taste delicious, no chalky taste or gritty consistency. I use these shakes 2 times a day as meal replacements. I defiantly feel fuller longer. I haven't noticed dramatic weight loss (I have been using them for about a week) But I do feel more energized, less bloated, less hungry and I have less cravings. I am excited to see the results with using these shakes over a longer period of time.I tend to just get the vanilla and add my fruit,PB2,unsweetened cocoa ,coffee, cinnamon...any other flavors. Decided to try some of their flavored...Maybe I have just gotten accustom to my own additives, but, I think I will stick with vanilla and add what I want. I don't like the bits in the cookies n cream, the berry is pretty good, just like the versatility of the vanilla.Meal replacementi have been on the herbalife diet 6 months and i will be back for more - great serviceokEverything taste great.
