I think this particular protein is the best I've used in thirty plus years of training. All the flavours are delicious, but cookies and cream actually has little bit of biscuit (cookie) in it. The novelty of that ends after the first couple of days. Then you just start to get annoyed by them.But the product itself is first class. Very easy on the stomach and tasty. It's not the cheapest, but I am willing to pay the extra. It's worth it.
